He said this in the chat on Saturday. Is it true? If so, are you taking ideas for her character? Because if you are I would like to create a forum thread on it, because I have some ideas on her personality and motivation.

Layout?

I've fixed a few small points of grammar. But now that there's a large picture of her on the page, I'd like to suggest a slightly different page layout. Piling the infobox, picture and text on top of one another is bothering me. It leaves a large blank space on the right of the page. I'd like to suggest moving the picture, like this. re : Layout?

Oldman : I'm very sorry to have missed your message during all this time T_T

French-snack : It's funny you bring that up, I was just browing various wikis to try and gather new ideas of layout XP I think the current one is severely outdated and kinda bland too. And not only for characters. In general I think we could use more boxes and templates or even "menus déroulants" to better structure the pages. For characters, I'm trying to see if there wouldn't be a way to resize / crop pictures so they can fit in a box with the characteristics at the side ^^ - Karbo

I don't know of any way to create a box containing a picture and text beside the picture. I can only put a picture at the top of an infobox. (Or create a framed picture with a bit of text below it, as here.) Basically, I think we should optimise the space on a page, and avoid having large blank spaces whenever we can. Well it looks certainly better than the original ^^ indeed it allows the reader to immediately see her and what she is looking like. I think we could definitely go for something like that, I'm just browsing through the different characters to see how their pictures would fit and if some resizing could make things look better -Karbo
OK! Just let me know if you'd like me to do any editing. :) In cases where there's a caption with the image, it can be integrated like this. French-snack 03:58, 25 May 2011 (PDT)
